I frequently compare Mike and the Ninja to a Saturday-morning cartoon, and this page is a prime example of that. I wanted Pratt to be an unlikeable politician, but also an over-the-top, cartoonish villain. Somebody along the lines of a Shredder or a Dr. Claw, a guy with a master plan, legions of goons, and--most importantly--an escape plan!
