So, this is 1980s Stu, who is so 1980s that his ninja gear isn't enough--he needs a Karate Kid headband, as well. I hope the readers found this little extra detail as much of an absurd touch of overkill as I did.

I remember being immensely concerned about the pacing of the comic at around this time. Looking back on it now, it doesn't seem so bad, but when a single page was being released, it may have made a difference. Or, it may have been me worried about nothing. I don't recall any readers specifically saying that the pacing was too slow, so it was probably a non-issue I blew out of proportion.
