Here again, I'm kind of showing my ignorance regarding the city of San Francisco. All of the image searches I did showed City Hall kind of out in the open, but it's actually part of a dense, bustling section of town. In my depiction, it appears way emptier than it actually is. But, as you already know, I am very bad at drawing cars and was never one to absolutely fill a background with people and vehicles when they belonged there.

Renee is awfully pleasant here, considering what Stu is here to do. I'm sure the situation is awkward, so she's probably just trying to deflect that. It's probably what I would do in this situation.

I really like the use of a black word balloon in the final panel. It's supposed to illustrate the seriousness of Stu's attitude and tone of voice. But I didn't use black word balloons very often in the series. Why didn't I use them more?
