Take a look at Mike's expression on panel four. He thinks he has Todd's number. He's done good work, he's done everything right, and he knows he's about to have his moment of righteous indignation. Todd knows it, too, and instead of commending Mike, he finds a garbage reason to tear him down. Mike has had some pretty good moments here lately, so it was about time he gets taken down a notch, especially when it's for an unfair reason.

I wish I had labeled the top panel as "The next day...." or something like that, because without it, the transition from the previous page to this page is awkward. Mike and Stu stand together, and then all of a sudden it's Mike and Todd. I'm sure it's apparent enough that the scene has changed, but it feels sudden and without explanation.
