So here was a challenging task: put together a coherent fight scene involving more participants than just Stu and Evil Bad Guy Ninja. I did have to draw another big fight scene between Stu and the truckers, but that brawl was a little different in that the truckers were intended to just be fodder for Stu to plow through. The Hypergoon Elite, on the other hand, are competent fighters at or above Stu's level, so the entire fight can't just be Stu smearing them; I tried to stay aware of where the participants were at in relation to each other and making the readers aware of everyone's abilities. For example, I had Grant seal the exits at the beginning to establish that he is telekinetic, so it makes sense later in the page when he diverts Stu's shuriken without having to include a forced explanation.
Unfortunately, the numbers get the better of Stu, as he fails to keep track of Sledgehammer Guy and gets blasted after being distracted by Grant's telekinetic feat. The scene makes sense in my mind because I came up with it, and I hope it makes sense to other readers, as well.
I still worked in some silliness, however. When Stu kicks Ponytail Guy, why is the sound effect "foot attack?" Was "kick" not good enough? No, that was just me being goofy.
